Board of Supervisors Minutes April 29,08
Minutes of the Pequea Township Board of
Meeting held April 29, 2008 at 11:00 am for the
purpose of awarding a contract for a Fountain and
Diffuser System for the Pond at Silver Mine Park.
Present at the meeting were: Board of Supervisors
Robert Race, Chairman
Bruce G. Groff, V-Chairman
Virginia K. Brady
Secretary-Treasurer: Patsy Davis
Others present: Jay Reynolds, Harry Lehman, Ken Adams
Bids were opened April 28, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Only one (1) bid was received as follows:
Aquatic Environment Consultants, Inc. $12,850.00
Robert Race moved to award the contract to Aquatic Environment Consultants, Inc. for the amount of $12,850.00. The motion was seconded by Bruce Groff. All voted in favor, none opposed.
A discussion was held on LP gas costs for heating. This has been advertised for bids. Alternate methods of heating will be investigated. Insulating of the roof over the garage has been done.
